SincoTech ISP902 is a OBDII plus GPS dual system mode smart gauge,clears fault code ,reads data stream. It features a round 3 inch double screen, black backlight ,an atmosphere light line on the bottom side of the gauge, three button keys on the top side. 11 language available (French/Japanese/Korean/Russian/Arabic/Malay/Spanish/German/English/Thai/Traditional Chinese), plug and play, universal to all 12v vehicles with OBD II. RPM reach to 8000 RPM.
